"Air Between Us" is a vertical and site-specific dance that transforms YBCA’s Forum, gardens, and façades into a dynamic space where audiences experience movement in every direction. 6 performers navigate ropes, cables, and modular structures in choreography that makes visible the connections that bind us, moving through vertical and horizontal space in ways that invite reflection, curiosity, and shared presence. The residency includes outdoor rehearsals open to the public, giving passersby a chance to encounter the creative process in unexpected moments and witness work-in-progress, sparking curiosity and engagement. Performances flow from outdoor to indoor spaces: dancers begin in the gardens and on façades, drawing audiences in before transitioning into the Forum for an immersive experience
