Join artist Genny Lim and other performers as they explore the time-space continuum and dark holes as metaphors for change, transformation and existence.  

A sonogram is a graph representing a sound, which shows the distribution of energy at different frequencies or a visual image produced from an ultrasound, as routinely used to monitor fetuses in pregnancies.  Taking this science into the realm of music and voice, Black Geomancy and Tantric (G)hosts, explores the interaction of space and energy through the synergy of sound.

With a presence in the art scene spanning several decades, Genny Lim’s performance poetry is a catalyst for social resistance and change.  Her range of vocal power gives a voice to the voiceless and inspires courage and self-determination.  Lim’s sung poetry  melds jazz and blues with lyric poetry and ancient healing mantras and melodies, creating her own unique style and approach to a modern tradition.

Black Geomancy and Tantric (G)hosts will map the space utilizing drums, poetry and voice as pathways for the hearer to shift and deepen his or her ways of hearing.
