February

  • Tuesday, 2/4: Orientation, MOU, W-9, and Invoices due 
  • Tuesday, 2/18: Budgeting Workshop (Zoom, 6PM) Materials Here!
  • Tuesday, 2/25: Marketing and Publicity Workshop (Zoom, 6PM) Materials Here!

 

March

  • Tuesday, 3/4: Grant Writing Workshop (Zoom, 6PM) Materials Here!
  • Friday, 3/7: Marketing Deadline - Submit through this portal!  
    • Confirmed title for event 
    • Three high resolution photos, no text/logos/etc. 
    • Promotional copy (including a ~250 word and shorter ~100 word description)
    • Confirmed event details: venue, date, time- contract with venue required 
    • Submitted Technology Survey (photo/video documentation needs, ASL or other language translation/interpretation needs) 
  • Tuesday, 3/25: Taxes for Artists Workshop (Zoom, 6PM) Materials Here!
  • Thursday, 3/27: Intellectual Property Workshop (Zoom, 6PM) Register Here! 

 

April

  • Monday, 4/7: Marketing Deadline. Submit materials here!
    • Sample social media posts - including sponsor logos from APICC branding kit which APICC will reshare if tagged in/asked to collaborate on
  • Thursday, 4/24: Opening reception/festival kick-off (6-9PM at SOMArts) 

 

 


POST-EVENT

  • 2 weeks after event - Final Report *will provide a template 
  • Email to city officials - thanking district managers (if in SF) or other city officials for their fiscal support in making the festival happen! *will provide a template
