(S)kinship showcases the work of Asian American and African American women artists and writers whose realities, dreams and shared experiences arise from their unique intersection in America. Touched by each other's cultures, philosophies, and people, these women's work connect Africa, Asia and America. The exhibition is curated by Betty Kano.

Opening reception on Saturday, May 8, from 5:30-7:30 pm.

Join AAWAA for a (S)kinship Literary Reading on May 22, 2-4pm.
